Pricing

Free for up to 20 users of Help, then as low as $2/user/mo for additional users.

Only the users above your first 20 are billable, never all of them. Add community (portal) users and pick a term to see your price update live. This is the same math the checkout bills.

Digadop counts the people who use Help, not your whole org. Past 20, Help keeps working and your admins see a notice in the Digadop admin portal. Nothing is billed automatically: to add paid users you confirm a paid plan with us on a quote, and billing starts only when you do.

Install Digadop Help from the Salesforce AppExchange and your first 20 users of Help are free, with no sales call. Adding paid users is confirmed with us on a quote until self-serve checkout opens.

Term

Longer commitments lower the per-user and per-member rate.

Committed terms of 12 months and longer are non-cancelable: end one early and the remaining fees for that term become due, and prepaid fees are not refunded. See the Terms of Service, sections 11.2 and 11.3. The Monthly term has no commitment.

Auto-generated documentation of your org, priced by your custom-object count (standard and managed-package objects do not count). At release every tier auto-updates, hourly on Starter and near-continuously above it, so your docs track the org as it changes. Today documentation is generated on demand. The core capability set is the same on every tier. Tiers meter four things: custom objects covered, included personas (doc audiences), refresh cadence, and change-tracking depth.
