FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
The things Salesforce, security, and procurement teams ask before they try anything. For anything not here, ask Diana on the right, or see the security page.
Getting started
- What is Digadop?
- Digadop is a family of AI-powered products for Salesforce teams: Who Sees What (access auditing), Lynceon (security posture, in development), Clionyx (AI documentation), Digadop Help (in-app help), Messigent (1:1 messaging), and Chronovix (backup and restore, in development). They share one security and data model, so adopting one makes the next easier.
- Can I try it today?
- Yes. Who Sees What has a free trial at whoseeswhat.com, and Digadop Help is free for up to 20 users of Help: install it from the Salesforce AppExchange today. Clionyx is in early access: ask to be included on its product page. Lynceon is in development with a waitlist, and Chronovix is in development. Join the mailing list for release dates and beta invitations.
- How is Digadop priced?
- Each product is priced for its job. Who Sees What has Professional and Enterprise tiers. Free for up to 20 users of Help, then as low as $2/user/mo for additional users. The pricing page states what happens past the free allowance. See the pricing page for the model per product and a live Help estimate.
- Which product should I start with?
- Start with the problem that hurts most today: access questions (Who Sees What), stale documentation (Clionyx), users filing tickets (Digadop Help), or one-to-one outreach (Messigent). Ask Diana on the site and she will point you to the right one.
Security and data
- What access does Digadop need in my Salesforce org?
- You authorize access through Salesforce OAuth, and each product requests only the access it needs. Who Sees What reads your access configuration, security metadata (profiles, permission sets, sharing, roles), and your user directory (names, usernames, profiles). It does not read your business field values; for a record-specific audit it reads only the record name, ownership, and sharing metadata needed to explain the access.
- Does Digadop modify my org?
- Our access and documentation products never change your business data. Digadop Help installs as a Salesforce managed package with a single Apex trigger that writes only its one-time provisioning record; it adds no other automation. Messigent, if you connect it, creates only the Lead records you configure it to create. Access and documentation analysis never change your configuration, and any remediation action is opt-in and separately authorized.
- Do you train AI on my data?
- No. The Who Sees What access audit is deterministic and uses no AI on your data. Clionyx uses AI on your org configuration to write documentation. The assistants (Diana, Horton) answer only from public product documentation and are never sent your org data. Your data is never used to train models.
- Is my data isolated from other customers?
- Yes. Data is isolated per tenant, so one customer’s configuration, content, and analysis are never visible to another. Encryption is applied in transit and at rest.
- How do I uninstall or revoke access?
- For products that connect through Salesforce OAuth, revoke the connection at any time from Salesforce and access ends immediately. Digadop Help is a managed package: uninstall it the normal way to remove it and its access.
- What data do you retain, and for how long?
- What we collect and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy. A full trust center with the subprocessor list and retention schedule is being formalized; ask us for anything your review needs that we have not published yet.
- Can we run a security review or send a questionnaire?
- Yes. Start with the security page for our approach, then send your questionnaire through the contact form. You will get an acknowledgement, and a documented answer from our team, typically within one business day.
AI and the Muses
- Am I talking to a real person or AI?
- AI. Every Muse (Diana, Horton, Alfred, and the rest) is an AI agent, clearly labeled, never presented as a person. Ask Diana on this page: she is AI, and she says so. A human steps in only when you need one.
- Why build the whole company on AI?
- Because most of the manual upkeep of running a Salesforce org (documentation, access analysis, help, outreach) no longer needs a person doing it by hand. We use AI where it removes real, repetitive work, and we hold it to a bar of transparent, safe, and genuinely useful.
